How to Treat Skin After a Workout
What's your skincare routine after a workout? Do you splash water and go? Do you bring your products with you?
Working out and skincare is always a hot topic. In our fitness lifestyles, we are wearing little to no makeup so the skin is front and center.
That's why it is so important to take care of it! Here's some ways we can take care of our skin after we are done crushing our workouts.
Apply toner. Toner is a great way to treat skin after a workout because it is an easy swipe of a cotton round. It also is light to pack in a gym bag and quick to apply before moisturizer.
Use facial wipes. Facial wipes are another perfect item to pack right in the gym bag. They also are perfect to rub off any nasty grime left behind in our workouts.
