Peace of Mind
This week, I focused on cultivating my peace of mind. There is so much to get anxious about.
I struggled with stress this week due to my vacation starting tomorrow. Why? Because I rarely take time off.
Lately, it has become more important to take time for myself. I need time to work out, eat healthy, and, most importantly, think peacefully.
How does peace look to you? Does it look like sitting inside and watching Netflix (me)? Does it look like traveling to another country and enjoying their culture? Does it look like visiting a long-time friend and reminiscing on the past?
Whatever peace looks like to all of us, I encourage scheduling time to do it. Peace out!
